Refund Policy for usgovernmentauctions.org
At usgovernmentauctions.org, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Due to the competitive nature of the real estate market, all properties are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held for any buyer.
Once you have completed your due diligence and are ready to proceed with a property purchase, you may submit your down payment. Please be aware that if you decide not to retain the property or choose to terminate the “Standard Agreement of Sale,” all deposits, document fees, and any payments made are non-refundable.
All properties are sold in “As Is, Where Is, and with All Faults” condition as of the sale date. All sales transactions are considered final. Buyers will receive all known facts regarding the property from the seller. Buyers also acknowledge that all properties are subject to any existing covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, exploration and mineral rights, easements, rights of way, assessments, zoning regulations, and any other land use restrictions, regardless of whether these are recorded or unrecorded.
Your understanding and acceptance of this policy are critical as you proceed with your property purchase through usgovernmentauctions.org.
